Eguavoen Returns To Sharks.

Former Nigeria captain, Augustine Eguavoen has made a dramatic return to the Sharks dug out after missing out on the club’s opening two games of the season.
The general manager of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) club, Okey Kpalukwu had exclusively told supersport.com two weeks ago that Eguavoen would be absent from work following “some issues with his contract papers.”
It is believed that Eguavoen had threatened to walk away from Sharks unless he received written documentation of his contract.
With the papers not forthcoming, Eguavoen stayed away from the first two games of the club against Warri Wolves and Kaduna United.
The issues now seem to have been sorted out as the coach returned to the dugout for the club’s Matchday 3 fixture against Kwara United on Sunday.
Secretary of the club, Jerry Abrede confirmed that the issues have “been sorted out.”
“The general manager with him (Eguavoen) last week. I don’t have the exact details of that meeting but since he was on the bench (on Sunday), I want to believe the issues about his contract have been sorted out,” Abrede told supersport.com.
Sharks have garnered three points from their first three games of the season.
