Jay-Z put on blast for not taking calls!

Jay-Z was once famously put on blast by Robert DeNiro for not returning his phone calls. Now the rapper has done it again and been called out on it! Singer/songwriter Paul Anka is the latest victim of Hov’s behavior and isn’t happy about it. During an interview with TMZ he vented saying, "I called up Jay-Z ‘cause I wanted to put him in on a rap with Michael Jackson. I called him up, but Jay-Z has totally blown me off. He won't answer my calls, he's inappropriate in his behavior."
